The Science Department would like to keep all of our Highgate families informed about our focus areas for each of the year levels, as well as the events planned for Science throughout the year.
Our Scope and Sequence Chart for Science from Pre-primary to Year 6. The chart is a simple snapshot of the year in our subject area. As you can see, during the year we will focus on each of the Science Understandings while consistently teaching the inquiry skills. We’ve also included a list below of the Science events at Highgate throughout 2025.
