Absences

If your child will be away from school, please let us know as soon as possible. You can contact us by:

Arriving Late

If your child arrives late, please take them to the Administration Office first. They’ll need a late note before joining their class.

Leaving Early

If you need to collect your child during school hours, please come to the Administration Office to sign them out.

Extended Absence or Leaving HPS

If your child will be away for an extended period or leaving the school permanently, please let us know. This is a Department of Education requirement and needs Principal approval.
